Which gives them a value of $13.41 each for the bullion. The Mint does produce Silver Eagle one dollar bullion coins that are considered pure silver.

There can't be a pure silver 1965 dollar. No silver dollars were minted after 1935, and in any case pure silver is too soft for circulating coins. They all contained at least 10% copper.
You don't have a pure silver quarter as the US has never minted a pure silver (99.9% pure or higher) silver quarter. Instead what you have is a 90% silver quarter which would be dated 1964 or prior. The value depends on a number of factors including the date, the mintmark and the condition.
