In average condition it might be worth all of 6 or 7 cents. Uncirculated ones retail for 35¢ to $5 depending on how well-struck they are. Philadelphia issues (no mint mark) are worth slightly more than those from Denver ("D" to the right of Monticello).

In average condition, both coins are only worth their face value.
Please check your coins again and post a new, separate question. The last Indian Head nickels were made in 1938. Any 1956 or 1958 nickel is a standard Jefferson nickel, and has no special value in average condition.
Check that coin again. The first U.S. nickel was issued in 1866.
