About 1 cent. Unless there is something wrong with the cent, like a cracked die or other defect that escaped the mint's quality control, it's worth little more than face value, even for a fine one. An uncirculated or proof 1999 P cent is worth less than a buck, even the offcenter errors that are being sold now. Check eBay or one of the many coin shops that have an ebusiness.
