I disagree with JayKay, the 1922D is a key date and and considered an error of this very kind unfortunately the current generation of numismatists do not consider most classic errors as errors any longer. the 199 Lincoln penny not only is the same kind of error the 1922D is, it is far more profound than the 1922D.
