This question does not really specify from what standards. Ethically, or by the rules? and Ethics are also variable. However, the majority of ethical theories say despite any back-lash, helping others is the right thing to do. Telling someone in a place of power might help, but does not always. Despite an unhelpful power-holder, most ethic theories agree to take the problem personally. If we are talking about verbal bullying, then perhaps the best thing to do is to argue back. Physical bullying is different. Remember, running away from a fight you cannot win is not cowardice, and even the greatest aviator in history would run away from a fight.
Today I saw someone on TV that performed a magic trick, it was really good!
you should not be looking at this website you should read the sttinking book.
To cut an 8-sided octagon, you should set your table saw to a 22.5-degree angle. This is because each internal angle of an octagon is 135 degrees, and the angle for the saw blade should be half of the exterior angle, which is 45 degrees. Therefore, cutting each side requires a 22.5-degree bevel.
I saw nothing. Perhaps you could check with someone who was actually there and watched it as it happened.
Well this web page should help http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/M249_light_machine_gun
People can get involved in more campaigns, stand up when you see someone being bullied or victimized with discrimination and racism, or log onto a website for answers or tell someone what you saw or whats happening to. you need to be able to stand up to the bully. Teachers need to be aware that people are getting bullied every day.

When a person sees another person bullied and tells no one and simply walks away without mentioning a word to anyone they are just as guilty as the person doing the bullying. Bullying strikes fear into the weaker students who cannot defend themselves against a bully or bullies; it can cause the victim to be depressed; fear of going to school; physical illness and the rate of suicides from bullying is growing every day. In every school there is a mere handful of bullies who make life miserable for some students and many more students in a school who are not bullies and thus, some teens are actively trying to get their schools to agree to have a program where students are active in stopping bullying in their school and parents are getting involved as well.
How to use a saw. Seriously.
it would be the honest thing to do
they started when they saw boys doing it and if girls were scared they were going to get bullied sometime in their life

Someone who works in a saw mill.
50/ KIDS ARE getting bullied because there colour mostly black kids. Actually I never saw 1 black kid get picked on in high school but I did see many white kids get picked on by the black kids. Whites don't care about race anymore. The only ones that seem to be hung up on race are blacks. It is now reversed.
Since your friend is being bullied and you feel they will be physically harmed or they are extremely depressed; their grades drop drastically then you should tell your friends parents. Your friend may be extremely angry at you for breaking a promise you may have made to them, but victims need to speak up. You can also sit down with your friend in front of the computer and go to websites to learn about how much is being done about bullying; how much more other students are starting up anti bullying programs in their schools; parents; teachers and the police are much more proactive now. New Jersey has tough laws against bullying of any sort and has a 'no tolerance level' for bullying and other States are following suit. There are documentaries and a lot about bullying by the media.
Normally, right around five feet or more.
someone saw it?
