Yes. The obvious reference is Jesus'own temptations in the wilderness where Satan tempts Jesus three times. There are other references, such as the devil talking through those suffering from demonic possession, but the case where 'Satan' talks to Adam and Eve in the garden in the guise of a serpent is not necessarily an example, as nowhere in Genesis does it say that the serent either is, or represents, the devil.
