Balaam .
The Serpent, Gen3:1, and the donkey, Numbers22:28, were the two animals that spoke to humans in the Old Testament. The serpent was of course the devil in the Garden of Eden that tricked Eve into eating the forbidden fruit. The donkey was used by God to speak to Balaam. Balaam had slain it when it didn't follow his orders after literally running into an angel.
The Bible never suggests that Jesus spoke in tongues. It is assumed that he always spoke in clear Aramaic.
Answer to talking animal in the Bible Yes, it was Balaam's donkey as he was riding her. She was trying to avoid the angel with the drawn sword. Balaam couldn't see the angel but the donkey could. Balaam was beating her and she asked why. Read Numbers 22:22-31
I doubt it. The word donkey and horse and mule is in the bible but not pony because the term pony is actually slang so no it isn't in the Bible.
The term 'donkey' first appears in Genesis 22:3. The plural appears as donkeys in Genesis 12:6
