Among the 40 plus authors, writers, and contributors of the books of The Bible, Moses has the most contribution. He was the author of the foundation of the Bible (Genesis, Exodus, Leviticus, Numbers, Deuteronomy) which was referred as the 'Pentateuch'.

If we are not looking to 'length' of writing but 'number,' then Paul is commonly credited with 13 Letters or Epistles. Some question his writing the Book of Hebrews - if he is counted as being the writer, then The Pauline Letters contain 14.
