when you use page numbers, things are so much easier because you can go back and look at the number you started a chapter on or what page you said a certain thing on or how many pages are in a chapter. its just more organized if you are using word for large writings go to insert and then numbers and choose where you want the numbers in the pages. the program will write the numbers for you automaticaly.
