I think you are assuming that she did not ask for forgiveness. Just because The Bible does not record her repentance does not mean she did not ask. Jesus can not forgive unless we come to him and request forgiveness. Please look at Peter and how he denied Christ. Peter surely repented and yet the bible does not record him kneeling in prayer and begging for the pardon of God.
making a decision without asking anyone for permission

Difference usually implies subtracting one real number from another. What are you asking?
according to the bible, God is a forgiving god and if you ask for forgiveness it will be forgiven. However, priests are humans, and may be judgemental, so there is really no way to say without asking.
This question is asking if you have forgiven the person asking the question, as they have forgiven you.
Yes, forgiveness is a personal choice and one can choose to forgive someone even if they haven't asked for forgiveness. It is possible to let go of feelings of resentment and find peace within oneself, even without the involvement or acknowledgement of the other person. However, asking for forgiveness is often necessary for reconciliation and rebuilding trust in the relationship.
When you turn from God , and start disobeying God. When you become more of the world. You stop asking for forgiveness, stop reading the bible , praying , and completely ignoring him , and start forgetting God. But all sin can be Forgiven.
That's a confusing question. Forgive means you are no longer mad at someone who did something wrong to you. Not forgiven means you will still be mad at someone who did something wrong to you. Antonym means opposite. The opposite of NOT FORGIVEN is FORGIVEN. Example: My mother forgave me for borrowing her car without asking. However, I was not forgiven for smashing her car, so she is till mad at me!
No. Sin is forgiven through asking God for forgiveness and turning from sin. Acceptance of Jesus as your Lord and Savior, loving Him, and allowing Him to change your heart and your ways, is how we get to heaven. He is capable of forgiving any sin that we truly repent of.
is when you're asking God for forgiveness =)
You can ask Jesus into your heart by believing in Him, and asking for his forgiveness by praying.
No that is like asking for a ticket to be forgiven. You will have to wait till the suspension expires.
Because he died for us so we wont go to hell, But if you do the wrong thing without asking for forgiveness from God you will go to hell
Christianity teaches that if you repent and seek Jesus' forgiveness then whatever you may have done in the past can be forgiven - given this teaching you should be able to apply to become a nun but you would need to be open and honest about this from the very start of asking to enter an order.
pretty sure there is!
