Standard Specification for Heat-Resisting Chromium and Chromium-Nickel Stainless Steel Plate, Sheet, and Strip for Pressure Vessels
TP Means Tie-in Point
Check pump: Maintenence: Done, work permit close, and power back from Substation. Panel: There is no alarms. Inform: Inform DCS Operator before start up the pump and be on touch with Control room. Level: Check Level, must be over Low level. if you start pump with low level or without level Cavitation will happen, but now almost all pumps have an Interlock device tp protect it and won't start in Low Level. Be sure: Discharge Valve Must be fully close before start pump, To avoid Motor Over current, and Suction valve must be fully open. Open Vent and wait to fill pump casing until the flow comes out without air, then close vent. Now you are ready to start pump but the important thing is to inform DCS operator that you finished the priming, then push Start Putton. After pump runing Check abnormal sounds or Hi vipuration and Discharge Pressure if every thing OK now Inform DCS Operator to Open Discharge Vale, then open it Gradually. I hope these can help you.... WP is used in front of the grades for pipe fittings after the production standard. Like ASTM A403 WP304L. TP is used in front of the grades for pipes (not fittings) after the production standard. Like ASTM A312 TP304L.

In ASTM A312, "TP" stands for "tubing product," indicating that the stainless steel is intended for use in pipe or tubing applications. The "304" refers to the specific grade of stainless steel, which contains approximately 18% chromium and 8% nickel, known for its corrosion resistance and good mechanical properties. This designation signifies that the material is suitable for various environments, including those involving high temperatures and corrosive conditions.
It is referring to something dirty. This probably is not the man for you ;)
Temperature and pressureUnlike a "safety" valve Vapor such as steam /air or a "relief" valve liquid a T&P is unique as it does both
In the context of a "20 TP container," the abbreviation "TP" typically stands for "Tons Payload." This designation indicates the maximum weight capacity that the container can safely carry. A 20 TP container would therefore denote a 20-foot container with a payload capacity of 20 tons.
Heitor TP was created in 1993.
