How to unlock a AS50 in Far Cry 2?
You must first complete the gun shop owner's first mission in Act 2. cheytac intervention 408 cal has the longest range as far as i know. a fifty cal has the most stopping power and ability against materiel. remington m700 is the standard issue sniper rifle for law enforcement and military in the us the vss vintorez is the coolest LOOKING sniper platform. well i think the best sniper rifle is the one that shoots accurately and can always find its mark yea i kno im dumb i jist like putting stupid answers for no apparent reason i would go for a .50 cal. they have an 25% more accuracy range than anything else. if you can go for one of the bolt action models. try to find out if you can get the Canadian model, it holds the world record for longest kill shot. but buy American ammo. its more accurate. however if you want to go with a semi-auto .50 cal i would go with Barrett. still buy the American ammo.

In multiplayer it's an RPG-7 cause you have to unlock it at level 80 and thats the highest. In my opinion, my fav is a custom. A G36C with an ACOG sight and a grenade launcher. The most preferred is an AK-47 with a red dot sight. Thats all I got to say.
