The starter solenoid might be bad. Try running a wire from the positive post to the starter and see if turns. If it does, solenoid probably bad. Also, check to make sure ground was put all the way back on and to make sure that the ground is still hooked to the body of the mower. Good Luck!!!
During a direct action recovery, you should pick up a weapon and assist the recovery team.
Limitations:1. Depth of penetration should not exceed 1/8˝ of thickness of material.2. No test should be performed near closer to the edge of the specimen.3. All the locations for testing the specimen should be evenly distributed over the phase of material.

the battery
You possibly have a loose alternator belt or the alternator is weak. Check the voltage at the battery with the engine running. It should be 13.5 ? 16 volts. Any less and the alternator is weak and needs replacing. Also make sure the connections at the battery are clean and tight.
Disconnect the battery and drain the coolant.
Start with checking/testing condition of battery and battery connections.

A battery that goes dead this quickly is either on it's last leg and needs replacing or your charging system is not performing as it should. Have the alternator checked to see if it is functioning properly. If the alternator is OK, replace the battery. Make sure all connections are clean and tight.
It should restart normally after replacing the battery. If not, it could be a security mode the car has entered. You should question a ford dealership about it.
Disconnect the battery, which you should do anyway when replacing an ignition. There will then be no danger of it inflating.
The charging warning light should automatically reset if the battery is disconnected. Check the battery cables and ensure they are properly connected. Also check the alternator connections. If the light is still on there may be a problem with the new alternator.
Their is a backup battery system built into the On-Star module. It should never need replacing over the life of the vehicle.
The battery light is for low alternator output voltage. Try testing the alternator output using a miltimeter and if its less than 13 volts your alternator isn't putting out what it should. If it has low output check the belt tension and all wire connections before replacing alternator
If the battery was charged when you installed it, you do not have to drive the car at all. If not you should charge the battery and not use the cars alternator to charge it.
