I Totally Agree with the guy below, ive been smoking this stuff for almost 2 years, on and off from pot to fake, but heavy heavy fake at times. not only do i get the same symptoms as what he desccribed, but pain in head, like possible strokes, dizziness, see stars when doing nothing, become disoriented and literally feel retarted at time. my teeth have been rapidly decaying faster than anytime in my life since ive stated smoking. when you go 12+ hours without smoking, you sweat, ALOT and get super aggiatated, no appetite, feel sick, dizzy, faint and cant sleep but 4-5 hours a day. after 3+ days without, CRASH for 18+ hours like the body just crashed and slept to recover from the it, but i can honestly say after a week or so without, i feel 200% better. Im quittin this soon lol, its very addicting and bad, not nearly as bad as bath salt , but noone knows the longterm effects, people smoking today might have mass brain tumors and mass lung cancer deaths might start popping up in 5-10 years, you never know.. stick to pot like he said..
I can tell you from experience this stuff has plenty of side effects. I will be the first to tell you i have an addictive personality, so when i tried spice i thought "hell yea, now i can get high without getting arrested!" well i have smoke over a half pound of this stuff over the past three months, and im noticing things. M y teeth are chipping alot.... ALOT. it makes me feel like a methhead. Now that i have quit using, I have aches and pains in every muscle and bone I have, and my fingers and toes cramp up all the time, uncontrollably. Also, this stuff has turned into an airhead of sorts. Especially when i meet someone new or I am very excited about something, I space out every time. I get a sentence in my head that i want to say, and no matter how hard i try, I cant get the right words out my mouth. Trust me people, this stuff is bad news. stick to pot.
what can i do about side effects from smoking herbal incense that won't go away
I don't think there is proof it can kill you, but nor have side effects been documented. Smoke at your own risk.
serenity now insence is a legal smoking supplement that can be purchased at various smoking shops. this incense is legal for the moment, but due to the way it feels just like illegal weed, it probably will not be legal for long.

Serenity Now is a herbal incense. It contains a compound called JWH-018, which is basically synthetic marijuana. It's used as an alternative to marijuana.
Herbal incense is another term for "synthetic cannabis" and is an alternative to smoking real weed. It is used to simulate the use of real weed and to get someone "high" on the drug, but herbal incense itself contains no chemicals that would make the drug illegal. Herbal incense is sold at a variety of online retailers and gas stations because of this.
No, because it does not contain cannabis.
The duration serenity herbal incense stays in your system can vary depending on factors like metabolism, frequency of use, and amount consumed. On average, it can typically be detected in urine for up to 1-3 days, and in blood or saliva for up to 1-2 days.
