As a full time college student age 19 If you get married while still under your mothers health insurance will it affect the health insurance or will it be as if it hadn't happened?

In general, policies that permit children to remain insured, do so until the child finishes school. Unless there is a provision to the contrary in the policy, the marriage should have no bearing. However, the spouse would not usually be able to be covered under the same policy.
