I tried gragaling salt water and then warm water to rinse it away, and then some mouth wash and Its sort of working, I mean I just tried it so it may take about 5-10 mins and you do have to do it more then once a day!

PUT THESE IN A TEA:

Marshmallow Root

Licorice

Spearmint

Honey (very soothing)

MEDICINE:

Salt water gargle (As often as you can stand)

Tylenol

ibuprofen

Cough Drops

Food:

I find that anything cold also helps;

Ice Cream

Popsicles

Ice Chips

Honey Water either warm or iced (You can also add lemon to that mix as well)

Salt can relieve the pain associated with a sore throat. However, it will not actually cure you as a sore throat is indicative of the onset of some kind of illness (cold, flu, strep, etc.)

a hot shower will Not get rid of a sore throat however it may loosen the mucus causing the sore throat therefore it may help relive the pain temporarily!
