Cheaper contacts depending on who they are made by can put your eyes at risk. According to the website The Sun, someone almost died due to fungus in cheap contacts. They spent 17 weeks in the hospital after this. So cheaper contacts are not as safe as other contacts.

Glasses. Definatley. My friend had contacts when she was a kid, and she said it was a nightmare. She couldn't put them on without scratching her eyes, and when they were finally on, they had smudges all over them. Glasses are better.
Yes, Miley's eyes are blue. She does not wear colored contact lenses, people say she does but she has naturally blue eyes. You can even look at pictures of her as a baby and her eyes are blue.

It isn't recommended to put your contacts in water. Is it because you don't have any eye-contact solution to leave your contacts in at night? I tried that JUST ONCE overnight and nothing such as irritation occurred but I have heard that if you do leave your contacts in water, a bacteria will form called amoeba and could be extremely fatal and may cause even blindness. Same goes for swimming with contacts in your eyes. Definitely a no, just for your safety :)
