to be honest im always some type of pain on my left and it makes go crazy, but it could realy be if ur not active or u dont stretch , it could the way ur sleeping and it could be form anxiety or gas, i mean there a thousand reasons it could but the 1 reson i try not to think of that its a bad sign of a heart attack but i doubt that , u should just go get it checked, it could just be ur muscle its picnhed or pulled
