Home nursing is nursing care which is provided in a home environment, rather than in a medical facility. There are many circumstances in which people require home nursing care, ranging from people who are temporarily incapacitated to people who require long-term nursing care at home.
Nursing Homes, Assisted Living facilities, home care facilities, hospitals, and domestic situations with live-in around the clock nursing care are all good places.
Normally any debts a person has when they die (such as outstanding fees to a nursing home) are paid out of the estate of the deceased person. If there is not enough money in the estate to meet all the debts then the people owed money get only a share of what there is. Relatives do not have to make up the difference unless THEY told the nursing home THEY would pay the nursing home costs (and signed a contract to this effect).
A nursing home is a facility that provides care for people who need 24-hour supervised care. The residents can either be disabled or they could be elderly or they could be both. All residents have varying lengths of staying at the facility.

In most places the nursing home would first need to take you to court to receive a judgement allowing them to take your home in partial payment for the cost of nursing home services. If they are in the process of doing that, you need to see a lawyer. As far as I know, in Texas, a person's home cannot be taken to pay a commercial debt. There are many negative connotations associated with nursing homes. Many people feel that the door of a nursing home is where all hope and happiness is left behind. While some nursing homes may not live up to their promises, a good nursing home provides a restful, happy environment for its citizens. Nursing homes are a safe, comfortable place for many people that need round the clock care. Good nursing homes are staffed with excellent personnel that truly care for the residents inside. Residents of nursing homes should receive nothing but the best of medical care. Nurses should be attentive, available upon request, and knowledgeable about their medical duties. Counselors should be provided for any resident that needs to talk about problems. More than anything, residents of nursing homes should be given many opportunities to enjoy life and participate in activities. It should be viewed as far more than a nursing home. It should be a community of people that gets the most out of life in every way possible. While some patients are very ill and won’t be able to participate much, they should still be made as comfortable as possible and given the opportunity to participate in any way that they possibly can. Church services are frequently offered to nursing home residents on holy days. During these services, they can receive much inspiration and peace. Other activities might include board games, music, and educational lectures. There are many people that volunteer their time and talents to nursing home residents so that they can get the most out of life even if they sometimes must be indoors for long periods of time. Sometimes volunteers will do something as simple as speak with residents. Being able to talk with others and enjoy life makes life in a nursing home much more comfortable and pleasant. Don’t ever settle for just any nursing home. Make sure that you choose a nursing home that treats your loved ones the way they deserve to be treated and gives them every opportunity to live life to the fullest.
