I guess it depends upon the girl. Sometimes it is nice to be asked? Would you like it if a girl stood up and peed on you? If so, perhaps you could ask her to do that. Same deal for her. You shouldn't just do something like that until you are sure you are on the same page. In any case, if you do pee on her vagina, it won't hurt her.

but sometimes they watch each other pee if they are two young girls that go into the same toilet
