There are two things to getting a 6-pack: 1) you need to have really little subcutaneous(under skin) fat, so that whatever muscles you have have a chance to stand out instead of being embedded. 2)You need well developed abdominal muscles In order to have little enough subcutaneous fat to have a really well defined 6-pack you need to be way down on the BMI scale(body mass index). In fact you need to be so low that it isn't healthy long-term, particlualry not for a body that's still growing. WIth your stats however you're well into the red zone for being overweight, and there's no exercise in the world that'll give you abs enough to poke through that layer of padding you've got right now.
