There are a lot of things you can do. you can talk to someone, family or therapist; you can exercise, I've always found that helps me; talk to your child and see how they are feeling about the situation, so to ease your mind and know they are ok; relax, do something for you; do something special for your kid, let them know it wasnt their fault and you still love him/her.
