find something to entertain you like watching TV or playing Video Games if that doesn't work try going to Walmart,cvs pharmacy,heb,walgreens etc. and buy some anti itch cream put some on DONT rub it in though if you have scratched them to the point where they are open other wise it will sting very bad after you put the anti itch cream on your bite(s) entertain your self and try to forget they are even there and then wa-tha your bug bite stops itching
