I have been swallowing marbles and glass gems for over a month now. Start with one marble and simply swallow it with water as you would a pill. Work your way up to larger amounts to avoid nausea. Be careful as the marbles will clog your toilet. I use cling wrap and vinyl to retrieve swallowed objects.
