it really depends on where the doc works. If he has his own practice which and he is seeing a decent # of patients/day and doing procedures, he would make 250,000 - 500,000 per year. Some have their own facility and they are able to bill a facility fee. In that case, their income would probably almost double, so a really good eye surgeon seeing a good # of daily patients with a facility would make $1,000,000 per year if not more.
