i think that u should start working out and lifting weights

yes u r over weight but that doesn't mean he can lose it

my son is 14 and 5'3 maybe 5'4 he was 140 and now is 122lbs...he looks great ND S IN NO WAY CONSIDERED OVERWEIGHT. you MUST FACTOR IN BONE DENSITY AND FRAME SIZE....a good weight range is 115-135
