If you are asking how much they should weigh then it could be anywhere from 90 to 130 pounds , it really depends on your build like if you have stocky structure then you should be heavier but if you are kinda small then maybe somewhere over 100. Pretty much you are perfectly fine and shouldn't worry unless you weigh like 180 to 300 pounds, But any where from 90 to 130 or 140 is normal like I know a 16 year old girl who is about 5 foot and I think she is 130 or slightly less but she is kinda muscular. And girls sometimes gain a bit of weight before they grow.
