I'm about the samesize as you 5'7 and my weight isn't too far off from yours, if you feel overweight and you stare at yourself in the mirror and wonder, I't wouldn't hurt to work out a little. I myself work out just enough so that im tight and no flab is hanging out. If you feel healthy and you truly believe you are, you get outside, and you eat (healthy enough) then you proably are healthy.

P.S. healthy enough meaning that you don't gorge yourself on candy or desserts, and have fruit once in awhile, while eating meat and other important things for a healthy body.

Care-Bare~ First of all both of u guys are wrong she is not overweight actually she is underweight she actually this height needs to weigh 130 I know I weigh 112 and im a health nutritionest If u feel overweight U are crazy I bet you are a beautiful or handsome yound guy/girl your don't need to change your are preety just the way your are :)
