It's hard to tell whether you're at an average weight for your age. Weight depends on many things, like height, muscle mass and general body frame.

Don't worry if you're friends are bigger or smaller than you...beauty comes in all sizes and there will always be people lighter and heavier than you. You're young and in a perfect position to start and maintain lifelong healthy habits. Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables, stay away from fast food whenever possible and get outside and play! Physical activity burns calories, builds strength and can build confidence too.

Don't obsess about how much you weigh. Enjoy who you are and how you feel.

Well, I'm a 12 year old who is 8 stone and I'm around average but if your tall don't worry about it.
