Well, it depends on the mass and weight of your muscles and bones and stuff. You can't just weight yourself and expect the number to be all fat. Its muscle, bone, lots of other stuff. BMI is just a total waste of time but. If you wanted to find an accurate way to tell, this site will subtract muscle and bring in your total weight:
