On one of my kitchen cabinet doors I keep lists of foods divided into four groups:

  • foods with very high purine levels (never)
  • foods with high purine levels (avoid)
  • foods with moderate purine levels (occasional)
  • foods with low purine levels (no restrictions)

Milk, butter and cheese are in the fourth list, so enjoy!
