It's a free service that helps you find dentists anywhere in your area, based on what you need and have (like what type of insurance/access card you have, what is your location).

In my opinion, you should wait at least 30 seconds to a minute on the phone because sometimes they've got caller queues. Not to worry though, it won't take more than a minute before you are able to speak to someone.
