I'm assuming you wnat to know this because you are unsure as to who the father is? Please, forgive me if I'm wrong though. Ultrasounds can be inaccurate by a margin of about 2 days. There's no way they could be off by as much as 4 weeks though! Sorry, I hope things work out for you though!
Most ultrasound machines don't list how far along you are on the pictures that are printed. The technician that is running the machine can have the computer calculate the age of the fetus using measurements.

Well I had an ultrasound at 5.5 weeks and it wasn't able to pick up very well so I had to have a transvaginal. It should be able to see it but not very well. Drs recommend waiting until 6 weeks for ultrasound.
