smooth muscle, cardiac (say: kar-dee-ak) muscle, and skeletal (say: skel-uh-tul) muscle
There are three types of muscles. They are skeletal muscles which are voluntary, (diaphragm, muscles of limbs, other muscles that are associated with movement ), smooth muscles which are involuntary (tunica media of blood vessels, organs, others associated with sustaining life), and cardiac muscle, which is involuntary (only found in heart). Skeletal and cardiac muscles are also striated and have striations while smooth does not. The skeletal is also multinucleated while smooth and cardiac only has one nucleus per cell.
Smooth, Cardiac, and Skeletal are the three muscle types
You have three types of muscle fibers. 1) Skeletal muscle fibers. 2) Cardiac muscle fibers. 3) Smooth muscle fibers.

There are three types of muscles:Skeletal muscle- Muscle of exterior (ex. triceps, biceps)Smooth muscle- Muscle of interior organs (ex. lungs, stomach)Cardiac muscle- Muscle of heart (ex. heart)
Out of the 3 types of muscles, 2 are involuntary: Smooth and cardiac muscle.

The three types of muscle are the 1) Cardiac muscle (which is only located in the heart.. your heart's made of this muscle) 2) Skeletal muscle (muscle that is around your bones) 3) Smooth muscle (Located in hollow internal structures such as blood vessels, stomach, etc)
Of the three types of muscle, the two that are involuntary are cardiac muscle and smooth muscle.
Cardiac muscle is made of 3 different types of tissue: Endocardium, Myocardium, and Epicardium.
