If I'm not mistaken a new patient is a patient who hasn't been seen in the office ever or in 3 years. Im not sure but I also think you can use it when a new dx arises but I'm still checking that. An established patient is one that has been seen in the office within the last 3 years.

How patient feedback develops Doctor-Patient bond?

Patient feedback plays a crucial role in developing a strong bond between doctors and patients. When patients provide feedback to their healthcare providers, it allows them to better understand the patient's needs, concerns, and expectations. This feedback helps doctors to improve their communication skills, empathy, and overall patient care, which leads to better health outcomes and patient satisfaction. Furthermore, when patients feel that their doctors are actively listening to their feedback and addressing their concerns, it can lead to greater trust and loyalty in the doctor-patient relationship. Platforms like Nth Sense make it easier for patients to provide feedback and for healthcare providers to monitor and respond to it in a timely manner, ultimately strengthening the bond between doctors and patients.
