What do they do at a 11 year old girls physical?

The doctor will usually ask a lot of questions, usually including things such as if and when you have gotten periods. The doctor might do a pelvic exam, which involves looking into your vagina.

They will do all the normal stuff, height, weight exc. but I know what u want is the awkward stuff. So my doctor is very modest so I will do my friends doctor. Basically they say- it's okay, I'm a doctor (soooo annoying) and then they lift up your shirt (and bra) and see if your developing and then maybe poke around a bit. Then they press their fingers on your abdomen and it is uncomfortable, then they pull down your pants and "inspect" pubic hair, maybe poke around a bit. They WILL not do a full breast or pelvic exam. If they ask you to, leave. They never inspect my butt but Idk about you. Good luck!

I am a boy. I do not have a M.D. but I can offer more than some idiot looking to make a joke. I can really only say that they may check the inside of the vagina and see if it is building up such as after or during puberty. Also see if there are any ab-normal things happening to other areas. Of course checks for diseases to. If your a parent that's freaking out. Don't because it honestly doesn't help. If your the kid then it'll be fine.

Im 14 year old girl and had a medical in school last week with the school doctor when I went in the nurse took some details off me then weight and checked my height then she did a vision test then took me into see the doctor he looked into my ears my eyes and my mouth and checked my reflexes then I had to undress to the waist he examined my chest with a stethoscope I kept my bra on then I took my skirt off for him to examine my back for scolosis then I had to slip my tights down for him to examine my belly he was feeling around and pressing and asked if I had any problems the most embarassing part was he asked me to slip my panties down for him to prod my belly he could see my pubic hair then he asked if I could take my bra for him to check my breasts to make sure everything was normal and to see how I was developing
