What do wisdom teeth look like?

There is no "look" to it. It's painful, swollen and requires antibiotics up to and until the point where the oral surgeon can now remove the wisdom tooth, once the antibiotics have taken affect. Consult your oral surgeon about this.

Milk teeth first followed by your permanent teeth. One usually gets their Wisdom teeth in adulthood. Wisdom eruption often causes problems with your mouth. It can be painful and might need extraction if they fail to erupt in the right direction. They sometimes fail to erupt in the correct direction which causes pain as it pushes other teeth to make space for itself to erupt.

A wisdom tooth may be growing beneath the gum and can appear as a lump. They are usually similar in shape to your back molars and about the same size.
