MD is Medical Doctorate.
PA is Physician's Assistant (a newer degree, reflecting a paramedical who is allowed to prescribe and diagnose as well as treat).
Pa is the state in which I reside and need a listing of MD as an Medical Doctor with a medical degree in Williamsport.
PA=Personal Assistant while MD=managing Director
