It depends on what you mean - is the perimeter of your iris actually fading, or is the white part of your eye seeming to invade the colored? Does it appear as though the color itself is changing, or is the iris changing shape?

If it is just simply a color fade and nothing more, I'm not sure. However, if it looks like something is invading or covering your iris, that is something that should not be overlooked and you should see an eye doctor. Also, if the outside of your iris is turning copper-colored, they could be Kayser-Fleischer rings(read more on wikipedia). If you have dark brown eyes, kayser-fleischer rings may appear lighter than your irises. Good luck!
