This depends on the chemical.
An emetic may bring up the chemicals, and a lot of water may dilute them.
For dangerous chemicals you may need to seek help immediately by calling 911 (or 999 in the UK).
Lots of clean water.
The First Thing i Will Do Is to rinse it with clean water...
Flush with water until EMS arrives.
Get the patient to fresh air or away from the chemical agent.

Flush the eyes with large amounts of water for 15 minutes minimum. If only 1 eye is contaminated, do not flush down into the other eye.
Call poison control. If it is just ethanol, they should be okay as that is consumed anyway in alcoholic beverages, but isopropanol or another sanitizer could be toxic.
Try to flush out your eyes with water. DO NOT RUB, and try not to close your eyes. I know it burns but try not to.
