nothing happens, its just not very smart to lie to your doctor about your sexual activity. they can offer good advice and they can't tell anyone, not even your parents if you tell them not to if they believe you are mature enough to understand your actions and there advice. also not telling the doc can lead to a possible wrong diagnosis if you end up with an STD or something else sexually related
