Essential oils of lavender and/or tea tree are anti-septic and are the first line of treatment. On a shallow cut , or abrasion comfrey works best. It should not however be used on a deep cut as there are too many chances of complications. Calendula, Heal-all, St. John's Wort & Mullein are all good for wounds.
