There are many reasons why someone might be scared to get help for STDs. Some feel embarrassed that they're having sex, or symptoms. Some might fear judgement from the health care provider. The risks of late diagnosis and treatment are worse, though. If you're worried about privacy, consider seeing someone at your local department of health or at your local family planning agency.
Don't worry. You're just nervous, be proud that you are smart enough to get checked out and look after your body! Doctors deal with stis all the time, so they won't be judging you and they won't make a fuss. (:
suck it up and see a doctor... and dont sleep with anyone until you have.
