For the first two years it's about $400,000-$550,000 and the third year is about $600,000 and after ten years it could go over $1,000,000! But you must take 4 years premed and 2-4 years specialized training/studying (usually 4 years) and at least 1-2 years of apprenticeship/intern with a spinal surgeon.
