At 16 a competitive time for the 100m sprint would be 11.3-11.8 seconds at county level. But obviously that is seriously rapid.

At sports day the winner at your school is likely to have a time near 12.0-12.5 seconds.

The average time i found in my school was about 13-14 seconds.

Hope this helps.
