What is the average weight of a teen girl?

There is no simple answer to this question. Average weight changes depending on many factors including age, height, muscle mass, build, diet etc.

But when many of my patients ask about averages, they are really wanting to know about ideal. So, if you are asking what the average weight of a teenage girl should be, that too depends on age, height, and body type.

If you think about it, it makes sense. A 13 year old shouldn't weigh the same as a 19 year old, and a girl who is 4 feet tall shouldn't weigh the same as a girl that is 6 feet tall.

A healthy weight is a very personal thing with many factors to be taken into consideration including but not limited to age and height. If you're worried about your weight talk to a doctor about it.

it can really be anything.Studies show that there is NO ideal weight for anybody.I'm 5'3 and weigh about 109,but there are plenty mpre girls who weigh different depending on their body compostion.
