I would say somewheres in the range of 160-thin/small frame to 200 pounds big boned and buff/husky 160 can be healthy and thin yet 200 can be really hot and buff possibly tan football player that is healthy as well:) I would say that men's normal/healthy weights can vary greatly. My brother is almost 6' and I think he weighs 170. I definitely think of him as thin, also he is 22yrs old.
