What you SHOULD weigh isn't easily determined by just a small amount of information. How tall are you? What is your muscle mass like? Don't worry so much about what you weigh but instead be concerned about how much fat content is on your body. Do you have a large fat roll? You already know if you're overweight. If you AREN'T carrying a lot of extra fat you aren't overweight. If you're tall or large and muscular you aren't necessarily overweight.
