All I know is that average girls aged 12 would have a resting heart rate (RHR) of 80, and one of 14 would have a RHR of 85.
If it's higher then the average RHR (Per minute) then that would be bad. Lower would be good.
Although I am 14, and mine is 70, yet I'm not that athletic, I'm a fast runner, but that at the most.
A resting heart rate of 55 for a 45 year old is ideal.
The normal resting pulse rate for a 58 year old female is between 70 and 80. When the resting heart rate is below 60, in an average female this is known as bradycardia. When the heart rate is above 100, this is known as tachycardia.
Is this the resting or active heart rate? That is high for a resting rate at that age, and low for an active rate. If thats the active rate, it means she is in exceptional cardivascular health.
60-100 beats per minute, preferably around 75.
yes that is a normal heart rate
The normal range is 60-100bpm.
An average healthy resting heart rate is between 50-65 bpm. Active heart rate for a 16 yr old shouldn't get higher than 200 and 175 for a 48 yr old. The slower your heart rate is the better (under normal conditions).
100-150 resting :'P
What is the normal heart beat rate for a 70 year old female?
110
no
Heart rates vary from person to person depending on age and fitness. A normal resting heart rate is generally considered to be 60-100 beats per minute, but can be as low as 40 beats per minute. A generalized resting heart rate for a 36 to 45 year old female with a good fitness level is 63 to 66 beats per minute. For a 36 to 45 year old female with a below average fitness level, the generalized resting heart rate is 79 to 84 beats per minute.
