Is tivanium used for knee replacement if ihhave nickel allergy?

Tivanium, a titanium-based alloy, is often used in orthopedic implants, including knee replacements, due to its biocompatibility and strength. It contains very low levels of nickel, making it a suitable option for patients with nickel allergies. However, it's essential to consult with your orthopedic surgeon to ensure that the specific implant used is compatible with your allergy and to discuss any alternative materials if necessary.
